Vedaslab API: A unified API platform providing access to multiple AI models for developers and businesses.

Jerry AI: A mobile application for Android that provides AI-powered assistance including chat, translation, and document analysis.

Stealth AI: A desktop application for Windows and macOS providing AI assistance with privacy-focused features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
  • Use automated systems to access the Services beyond approved API usage
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Vedaslab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be verified before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VEDASLAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms
